Team building and projects to staff's amateur life is an important segment of enterprise culture. In order to make the employees truly feel the atmosphere of the family, the labor union and the Communist Youth League of Duofu group organized many associations to carry out activities such as basketball、badminton、mountain climbing、expansion 、tourism and public benefit activities which enrich the amateur life of the staff ;  enhance the cohesiveness among the employees; increase the sense of solidarity and cooperation; and form a common vision.
