"Innovation, Link, Opportunity, Cooperation and Promotion of Development" China-ASEAN Investment Docking Conference was held in Beijing

[Global Network Reporter Zhang Jing] On October 29, the China-ASEAN Investment Docking Conference, sponsored by China-ASEAN Center, People's Network and Global Times, was held in Beijing under the auspices of China Private Science and Technology Industrialists Association, Global Network and Dover International Holding Group. As an important part of the "one way and one way" International Business Association conference, China ASEAN Investment docking will help more investment institutions and enterprises identify the starting point and focus of cooperation by interpreting the business policies and investment environment of China and ASEAN countries, and jointly explore new opportunities for China ASEAN Economic and trade cooperation.

China has been the largest trading partner of ASEAN for nine consecutive years, and ASEAN is the third largest trading partner of China for seven consecutive years. Two-way cumulative investment exceeds $220 billion. ASEAN is the priority and important partner of China's "one belt, one way" international cooperation. The China-ASEAN investment docking meeting attracted the counsellors of embassies in China from Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and representatives of Chinese enterprises.

First of all, Mr. Chen Dehai, Secretary General of the China ASEAN center, affirmed the fruitful fruits of the in-depth exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN in his speech, and highly praised the general conference of the international business association of "one belt and one road". He said that China and ASEAN are linked by mountains and rivers and are closely related to each other. Since the establishment of a dialogue relationship in 1991, the cooperation between the two sides in various fields, especially the "one belt and one way" field construction cooperation has achieved remarkable results. This year is the 15th anniversary strategic partnership between China and ASEAN. Under such a background, the "one belt and one way" International Business Association conference has provided a new platform for enhancing the exchange, docking resources, exploring cooperation, innovating services and coordinated development of the trade associations and trade associations along the lines of China and ASEAN.

Mr. Li Zhenyu, vice president of Dover group, as an outstanding business representative, shared the valuable experience of Chinese enterprises taking the "one belt and one road" easterly approach to ASEAN, and how to enhance the level of international cooperation in three aspects: inclusive development, localized development and reciprocal development. Li Zhenyu mentioned that the first is to continue to seek opportunities for industrial cooperation. Second, they are willing to seek more opportunities in investment cooperation. Third, we are willing to strengthen cooperation in education and personnel.

As a highlight of this China-ASEAN investment docking meeting, the Minister Counsellor (Business) Tiegong of Cambodia Embassy in China, the Economic and Business Counsellor of Lao People's Democratic Republic Embassy in China, Poshavan Kun Station Tower, the Minister Counsellor (Business) Razda Lazak of Malaysia Embassy in China, and the Philippine Republic in China Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand in China (Investment), and representatives of 10 ASEAN countries such as Zhong Baofen participated in the meeting and analyzed their investment environment and recommended projects.

Yiwu, known as "the starting point of the new Silk Road" by the world mainstream media such as the New York Times and the times, has appeared in the China ASEAN Investment docking conference as the guest host city of the "International Business Association Conference". Mr. Zhang Qizhen, Vice General Manager of Zhejiang China Commodity City Group, made a recommendation to Chinese and foreign friends and warmly welcomed Chinese and foreign investors to Yiwu for development. He said that when you come to Yiwu, you can find the most desirable goods at the lowest cost and the fastest speed. As long as you enter Yiwu, you can open the global market with the highest efficiency and the lowest cost. As an example, the "Yixin Europe" Central European Ban, which began in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, has opened nine international routes in succession since 2014, and has already had import and export trade with 35 countries and regions. Taking the Banlie between China and Europe, Chinese goods go out and foreign goods come in, which also makes more than 13,000 foreign businessmen reside in Yiwu in more than 100 countries and regions.

Aiming at the gathering of superior resources such as culture, energy, education, medical treatment, commerce and trade in ASEAN, the China (Sichuan) - ASEAN Free Trade Cooperation Center is located in the Chengdu Shuangliu Free Trade Pilot Zone, relying on the special function policy of the Chengdu Shuangliu Comprehensive Insurance Zone and adopting the overall planning of local governments and the mode of enterprise market operation. In recent years, Shuangliu has focused on promoting high-quality development, closely following the goal of building an "airport economic demonstration zone and an international first-class Airport city", giving full play to the advantages of international airports and comprehensive bonded platforms, accelerating the development of three leading industries, namely, aviation economy, electronic information and green energy, and fostering a close relationship with International Airport cities. At present, the consumption expenditure of Chinese people on overseas medical care and health care is growing at an annual rate of more than double digits. Among the ASEAN countries, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia are the preferred destination countries for Chinese outbound medical treatment. Among them, the items of physical examination, test-tube infant and anti-aging are most popular among Chinese people. Take Thailand as an example, its medical level and price advantages are obvious. As one of the most developed countries of medical tourism in the world, Thailand has more than 40 medical institutions that pass the JCI international standard. They receive 2 million patients worldwide every year, and nearly 20,000 Chinese couples make test-tube babies in Thailand every year. In view of China's growing demand for overseas medical services, cross-border medical services provide new opportunities for ASEAN countries.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Luke, from the China small and Medium Enterprises Associatio's "one belt and one road" working committee, shared the wisdom silk road project to the guests. Mr. Zhang Huanghui, chairman of Aiyi Fade Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., shared the technology of ion thermal cracking decomposition furnace with magnetic field lamp resistance, which aroused great interest of the participants.

In 2018, China ASEAN will create new year, and the two sides will deepen cooperation in smart city, digital economy, artificial intelligence and Internet +. In this context, China-ASEAN investment docking will help more investment institutions and enterprises to identify the entry point and focus of cooperation, promote economic integration between China and ASEAN, and achieve common development through linkage growth.
